Why not just books? Why not coaching?

Books are cheap but leave you on your own. Coaching adds structure — at a price, on someone else's timetable. KnowMBA is the bit in between: the structure, practice and feedback of coaching, self-paced, for a fraction of the fees.

Every section, covered in depth.

From the official syllabus to exam-day strategy — structured lessons, a growing bank of validated questions, and full-length mocks across every section the exam tests.

Quant

Arithmetic, algebra, geometry and number systems — every concept with a worked solution.

Data Interpretation & Reasoning

Data interpretation and logical puzzles — drilled to speed under real exam timing.

English

Reading comprehension, grammar and vocabulary — the full English section, worked through.

Computer Awareness

Computer fundamentals, MS Office, networking and the internet — the full awareness section, covered end to end.

General Knowledge

Business and current affairs — a curated bank, refreshed every exam cycle.

The same skills, mapped to each exam

These skills recur across every objective exam — what changes is how each exam family maps and weights them. Each exam is still built as its own complete product on top of the underlying skill graph.

MBA CETs
Karnataka PGCET, MAH-CET, CMAT, MAT and the state ICETs draw on the whole graph, each weighting quant, reasoning, English and awareness differently.
Banking
IBPS and SBI PO/Clerk reuse the quant, reasoning and English base, and add banking & financial awareness plus computer aptitude.
Law · CLAT
CLAT reuses the logical-reasoning, English and general-knowledge base, and adds Legal Reasoning on top.
NET / SET · Paper 1
UGC NET and SET Paper 1 share the reasoning and comprehension base, and add teaching and research aptitude.

Built for every entrance exam we cover

MBA CETs, Banking, Law and NET/SET — each mapped to its own syllabus, never a shared template. We build them one exam at a time: the guide comes first, then a validated question bank and full-length mocks.

  • A growing, exam-mapped bank of validated questions
  • Full-length mock tests with detailed analysis
  • Every lesson + worked examples
  • Section-wise mastery tracking
  • The refreshed current-affairs GK slice each cycle

Your Complete plan gives you a full year of access to your exam’s study content — the question bank, lessons and mock tests — starting from the day you activate it, and it is renewable for further years. A small dated current-affairs slice (roughly 10–20 General Knowledge items) is refreshed each exam cycle and included while your plan is active; dated items are labelled with their cycle, so we do not promise that every item stays perpetually current.

Common questions

No. Every correct answer earns +1 mark and nothing is deducted for a wrong or unattempted question, so you should attempt all 100 questions. Selecting more than one option scores 0 for that question only.

100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks, to be answered in 120 minutes, across 5 equally-weighted sections of 20 questions each.

Exam mode is not yet confirmed for 2027. KEA's official syllabus documents describe an online computer-based test, but the most recent paper (June 2026) was reportedly conducted offline on pen-and-paper OMR sheets. Treat neither as settled — check the official KEA 2027 information bulletin and your hall ticket. Either way, our practice and mock tests build the same speed and accuracy.

Most students find Quantitative Analysis the toughest and most time-consuming, and Proficiency in English the most scoring. Because all 5 sections carry equal 20% weight, a balanced prep plan beats over-investing in any one area.

Quite a lot: A free starter set of practice questions; A free mini-mock to predict your score; Free starter lessons to learn the method — the full lesson library unlocks with Complete; The complete PGCET Info hub (pattern, syllabus, dates, counselling); A free Google sign-in — your progress saved from the first question. Create a free account with Google — no card, no payment — and start practising immediately.

No. Most people who clear an MBA entrance exam prepare on their own — these exams reward consistent, structured practice, not a classroom seat. What coaching really sells is structure, regular practice, mock tests and feedback, and KnowMBA gives you exactly those, self-paced and at a fraction of coaching fees: a syllabus-mapped path, a validated question bank that checks every answer instantly, full-length mocks that simulate exam day, and section-wise mastery that shows where your next hour helps most. For a purely written test like Karnataka PGCET — no interview, no group discussion — a book leaves you guessing and coaching mostly adds cost, so structured self-prep is the sweet spot in between.
